 RI is an independent, self-funded organization focused exclusively on film, music, television, and opportunities created in-house by our team. We build original projects from the ground up. 

 Founded in Los Angeles in late 2019, RI represents a bold new vision in entertainment. We are an independent platform dedicated to discovering and casting diverse talent across the U.S., with a strong focus on individuals from underserved and underrepresented communities. 

 At RI, we believe that true talent has no boundaries. Our goal is to bridge the gap between exceptional artists and real industry opportunities, while honoring the unique cultural identities each artist brings.
